Rotion offers three plans. Launch costs 499 EUR per month (399 EUR per month billed annually) for under 100.000 assets. Scale costs 999 EUR per month (799 EUR per month billed annually) for under 500.000 assets. Custom has per-user custom pricing for unlimited assets and tailored setups.

Rotion pricing is per plan, with a lower rate when billed annually. Launch and Scale are flat monthly prices with an asset limit; Custom is priced per user for large organizations with unlimited assets.

Pricing scales with your fleet, not your headcount. On Launch and Scale there is no per-seat metering, so onboarding washers, carriers, depots, and partner staff into the loop adds no per-user license cost: adoption across a multi-party chain is not taxed per person who scans.

Returnable asset tracking software covers four feature areas: identity (serialized asset IDs on QR, barcode, or RFID), movement (scans at issue, handover, and return, with batching for full loads), accountability (per-partner balances, deposits, and audit trails), and insight (lifecycle analytics, anomaly detection, and reuse reporting).
